Inspired by my sailing trips as a Yacht Chef to the beautiful islands of Sicily and Sardinia these traditional Amaretti Almond & Lemon Cookies are hand crafted in my Fisherman’s Cottage kitchen.

They are a delicacy to be savoured. Rich almonds with a touch of fresh lemon or orange. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and coated liberally with icing sugar.
